The Metalsmith

Avery is newly unemployed and turning her jewelry making hobby into a business because she needs to eat and other tedious stuff like that. Her idea is unique and designed for self-defense against the recently outed undead. But Avery has to test her stylish covert anti-vampire weapons on a real vampire to know if they are any good before going to market.

Victoria, a beautiful hairstylist, needs money to move out of her ex-girlfriend's house ASAP. It's the first time she's been on her own since she was turned into a vampire in the early 1900s. Too desperate for cash to care about the masquerade and too heartbroken to care about self-preservation, Victoria replies to Avery's job listing... knowing full well how bad of an idea this is.

Will Victoria follow through? Can Avery's plan work without her? Are they capable of working together?  Is this a gig that's doomed to fail? Or will they both be successful... in more ways than one?

The Metalsmith, a platformer style visual novel, is a gentle critique of creative businesses, an admonition of modern day capitalism, and an open heart-to-heart with anyone who may be struggling with life and love.
